Just wondering if there is a way for a tone to sound every few seconds when someone is on hold rather than pure silence or hooking up an on-hold audio source? Simmilar to what I have seen on Nortel systems. If not, would be nice if they included that in new software.

There isn't anything. You need an audio source.

Toogood,he was inquiring about tone on hold, as Derrick stated no there is not.
Programming ring-back tone on transferred call will not help his situation.
