I just finished installing an XTSc with a Dispatch VM. Everything is working correctly except for the MSG Light on the phones. I believe I put in the right system code. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I assume you have the last port of the Dispatch hooked up? Make sure it works.
Code it as 3 digit Vodavi system or if it's old software as 3 digit Triad.
Also the Dispatch MUST be on the same digital card. Don't spread it across the built in 8 ports and a digital expansion card.

Last port works. Code is 108 (triad2) and it's on the same card.
Thanks

Vm ports and voice mail key have to be assigned to the same group ie 440
Also the mailboxes cos have to have the msg lights enabled as well.
