There is one station that displays "At Lunch" when the station is idle. It also displays on another station when calling this station. and it displays in the flash programming for the station when the name should be displayed.

-The problem is not the "name in display". I have that set to something else.

-I couldn't find anything else that would do this except for "Attendant Custom Message". but this station is an attendant (a secondary attendant) and "Attendant Custom Message" doesn't work on attendant stations.
-Also, We haven't used these "Custom Messages" before so unless they come with preset messages like "At Lunch", then I don't think it could be this.

This is out there, but is it possible that it got set to one of these messages before it was an attendant then once it became an attendant, I can't access the feature anymore so it is stuck until I remove the attendant feature then stop the message?

Otherwise, not sure what to check next.
Thanks for any help.

I have the Vodavi Starplus STS system.
I have hard drive based voicemail.
I have the basic KSU, I don't have the upgraded eKSU

Without lifting the handset, dial 63300. This will cancel the at lunch display. The keypad is hot so if someone dialed a number that is 633-10xx,without grabbing an outside line first, it would have activated the feature.
