HiGuys. What a end of the day service call.Went to change MB to menu ,1 to 101 2 to 104 etc.And rerecord mail greeting again. Somehow i deleted MB 1 and 2 for ext 100 and 101, they now show up under MB 51 and 52. When I call in press 2 for ext 100 it goes right to MB and does not ring the phone like all the other ext do and the vm light does not light when there are messages. All the personel greetings are gone, the new main greeting is ok. I also found that i could not access the vm (hyterm) when someone was in the vm,What wrong steps did i take (in a hurry) and what steps to correct.
Thanks,thanks, thanks Gary S

If all of the personal greetings are gone, you might as well default the programming and start from scratch. I have no clue where you went wrong.

Single digit to Station, station groups and menus is done in CCR with the in skin flash. So are you saying you went into the Mailbox section and tried to change the first two mailboxes 100 and 101 to menus? And deleted them? Then It doesn't know that 100 and 101 exist anymore to transfer to the phone on single digit 2. Try to recreate 100 and 101 again on the same lines 1 and 2. follow the steps in the manual. Or - My experience after reinitializing the card the menu recordings usually stay in tack but the mailbox greetings and msg’s go bye bye. Still you may have to do that.
