2.25 was the beta version of FP3 wasn't it? I think it was what was release before FP3 became official and if that is the case (can't remember for sure or not though) i remember there being some bugs in it.

I swapped the the 2 DTIB-24s, so it wasn't the hardware and I have defaulted/ reset the station several times. I will reset the port next
The current software rev. that is out is 4.0. That is all SIP and voIP. Their release is 2.23.
I checked the line cord it's a single pair, I've had issues in the past with RF in the additional pair.
I want get it fixed, but instead of throwing everything at it I would like to know what it is

In case inquiring minds would like to know, I know I like to know. I tried everything short of flushing the current data base and reloading and upgrading the current software. I put another 24-button in and it's been ok for over two weeks. I hate when systems get their own way!! Thanks everyone for your input.

Thanks for the update! Sometimes there just seems to be a gremlin in the database that can't be exorcised except by a complete flush and rebuild. Lets hope the 24-button is acceptable and behaves!
