I recently had to change out a bad STS (bad power supply ) with VM to an STSe and am having intermittant problems. Some voice mails are ok and others to the same phone don't play back, they are just a click, almost like a hangup. Another phone got a voice mail but it didn't appear on the phone until 2 hours later.
I have calls going to 440 and took a couple ports out at a time and still have problems. Should I try making a 450 group or could there be a software problem in the VM, I haven't updated the version yet, I think it is 049.

Is the file still available on the web site? I haven't been there in months and think my account expired. I tried my distributor and they were told that it costs now to get the update.

I think Ecom limits some of the F keys. I always use Hyper Terminal
