Ok, customer bought and STSE from previous building owner and we added a DTIB. I found where to ID the board in programming, but I cannot find in my manual the code to tell the station it is a 30 BTN. All the codes are for 24BTN and SL. Can you help. All existing phones on the system are 30BTN.

Unless 'station lock' is turned on, the phones will self-identify. If the phone is compatable it should just come up to display time & date.

Unless you have a "gold" ksu, the 30-button phone will not work.

Assuming that they all are working, the only thing that I can imagine aside from the other suggestions is that you didn't reboot the system after adding the DTIB. There just isn't any other programming available to activate these phones.
