Does anyone know how to get into programming on an IP Phone. We had one working outside the office through the internet and now need to move it to new location. It has been moved before and came up fine. Do we need to program the xts a certain way? Is there a way to flag certain ports as IP phones? Her extension is now at the main location.

Did any IP addresses change? Is the VOIB card on a static public address or is it being NAT'ed through to a private static?
