I'm having some issues accessing the LCOB lines from any of my phones on this XTS system. It should be pretty straight forward. However, when I program in a line button on my phone and try to access that line appearance from a programmed phone I get a fast busy error and the line description doesn't appear on the LCD. Any idea's what I might be missing?

Is the card actually programmed so that the system recognizes it?

I have programmed the 6 line LCOB card as #05 under cabinet card programming.

Try trunk access code, make sure your button you are trying to access is blanked first. As Derrick says are you sure the switch is allowing the co card to be id?

Sorry, Dumb oversite on my part. Strangely enough I didn't reset the system after trunk programming. Thanks for the suggestion STS E!

Ok. Someone correct me. Wasn't support for the LCOB 6 and SLIB 6 discontinued in later XTS versions? I can set one up to test if necessary.

Mine is running 2.23 and has one LCOB6 and three SLIB6 cards with no problems.

The LCOB6 is working now. I am currently using Version 1.16 software but I do plan to upgrade to a 2.23 software once I get my new MPB2 card. I bought this system used off the internet. Thanks for everyone's comments.
