I'm looking for a device that will record ALL calls and conversations on all lines, be able to archive the files and interface with a avaya partner system. Any ideas?

A few questions about the details of your set-up/request should help us narrow down a product search...

How many lines?
What type (POTS/PRI/SIP/etc.)?
How do you want it to interface with the system... via analog lines or digital stations, etc.?

Thanks!

they have 3 pots lines and a partner phone system, so I think we could use an extension or directly into the incoming lines. They are an insurance agency and were told to record all calls and archive them for 7 years to avoid law suits

Steve - you are a man of few words but the digital-loggers sound like the right product - thanks. If anyone else has suggestions I'm open for alternatives.

I have three Versa Dial 4 port PC based cards that were used for one project and then taken out of service...These are for analog lines only and require a PC to work. These might be available if you're interested. I would have to check with the "asset manager".

Try this - https://www.trisys.com look at the Replay ATS Call Recording system. A little costly but works great. We have on in a power plant connected to an ESI Comserver 200. We are using it on all the analog ext's (6) at the facility.
