I actually have 2 questions. I am setting up an XTS system (Ver. 2.23 software) for the first time. I have installed a PRI card and I am going through programming. Is there some reason the XTS displays the DID#s in 10 digits when programming from Flash 44? On my old DVX+II it has 7 Digits. Also, I am having trouble getting an outgoing trunk on the PRI after pressing 9 from a system phone. I get a fast busy. Does anyone have any suggestions for this trouble? I have already programmed in 3 Loop btns on each system phone.

Thanks in advance for anyone's assistance.

Wow, this one is not easy to answer.
So many things have to be programmed correctly.
Card slot
PRI parameters
trunk parameters
Did numbers
ICLID routing tables.

I think you will need more help than we can give you here on the forums. This may take some paid phone consultation time for sure.

Understood. I think all the parameters you listed, I have matched up with my existing DVX+II system programming which has the same type PRIB card installed and is currently functioning. Any thoughts on the 10 Digit DID#s being displayed in Flash 44 programming on the XTS?

It is a software upgrade. The pc admin program is the best way to program DID numbers.

the system ignores the leading zeros in flash 44.

I appreciate the explanations. I have the DID digits setup for 4, just like my DVX+II. It would be nice to have the PC Admin software to do this DID programming with instead of using a keyset. Thanks again.
