What is the most common voicemail or AA used for the DHS system? I have a site that they say the greetings kick on at the wrong time. I tried to see if they could find a external box from the system but they could not describe to me any thing out of the normal. I did not want to ask them to open the cabinet, yet.

I had a DHS with a Pathfinder and replaced it with a Dispatch

There was no internal voicemail for the DHS. You have to use SLAs and an analog VM system. You will have at least 2 external boxes/devices. SLAs + VM.
