I have read the other posts concerning No Caller ID displayed. I just installed a model 3501 STSe with a SLIB board in Slot 2 and a CIDU board in the upper right hand corner of system. Four incoming lines. Is there anything else that is needed? Flex button programing has not worked or I may be doing it wrong. The Speed+Speed routine did not work either. Caller ID works on a non-system phone. Any help is appreciated.

If I'm reading you right you want CID to SLT's? If so that takes a SLIBC, which they don't make anymore, but someone may have one.
If you're talking about the digital sets see the FAQ's for ICLID problems.
EDIT: Never mind about the SLT's I see you're talking the on board SLIB2

Thanks justbill for the response. I've read the FAQ, but don't know what prior to FP2, FP2+ and FP3 are. Sounds like s/w versions.

You'll have to determine which feature package you have.

Update concerning my CID problem STSe. I found that the CIDU module was not seated properly. I re-seated the module and re-programed the unit. Now the number is diplayed but no name.

Update. Name & number are displayed only if Line 1 is busy. Other than that, just the number.

I'm pretty sure you need to program a button to display both name and number.
