Trying to setup Discovery Desktop IP for my Receptionist tied into my XTS with MPB2 ver3.5 software. Think it’s all set minus I am not getting any in-use color (eg: Red, Yellow, etc.) indications on my DSS button icons. I can perform all functions through desktop; call, transfer, park, DND, etc. Button Icons remain un-illuminated in software. Also, if I add receptionist phone flex number as an attendant under IP-PC ATND in F17, Desktop software doesn't work. This is strange. Should be the opposite. Plus my phone display under F17 shows TAPI ATND instead of IP-PC ATND as the guide suggests. Any Ideas?
