When trying to retrieve my VM from an outside number, hitting # at the autoattendent, has me dial the mailbox but all I can do is leave a message. It won't let me logon or give me a password prompt. I've checked my windba settings and I can't see what I might have set wrong. Unless this needs to set in the ksu? I'm thinking only VM controls this? STS (not E) HD based VM. Thanks! --Randy

I could be wrong and I'm sure that someone will correct me if thats the case, but if I recall right, you hit * during the personal greeting to be presented with your login/password prompt.

OK. So I enter the mailbox number and a star immediately after? I'll try that tonight when the system is in the night mode and I can call in. Thanks.
