I was wondering if anyone can help. When I pick up my headset or receiver my phone in my office immediately starts dialing the same number every time I lift the receiver. We have 4 other phones in the office and none of them do this. Can you suggest anything?

Dial 691 + 00 at that phone without lifting the handset. This will clear any off-hook preference settings that may have been inadvertently activated.
