Hello again everyone,
I am trying to make a Comcast PRI work on an XTS-IP. I am aware of Vertical's official position, which is that the XTS will not play nice with soft-switches, which Comcast's PRI apparently is.
I hear (mostly from the Comcast folks) that some dealers around the country are making it work.
Has anyone here had success, or are you aware of a work-around to make this work? And, does this same 'soft-switch prohibition' carry over to the MBX? Comcast's dialtone products are getting huge in my area, and I'd hate to be locked out of that big of a market segment.
As always, thanks in advance for your wisdom and support.
Gregg

We have it working on an XTS with the old version of PRI card and the latest software that they put on those PRI cards for the softswitch issues. The key to it is to make sure that Comcast is giving you everything correctly.
