Guys I hate to bring an old topic back to life, However I think it is better than creating a new similar one.
The client I am working with is using a old XTS system, English version XTS basic 2.23
I have never worked with such an obsolete phone system. I am having trouble getting the computer to communicate with the phone system using a null db9 cable.
Does anyone know a way to Create an extension using one of the phones (like the ext. 100 phone).
