Sorry to say but I still have a DHS-L installed. The problem is, I have a line ringing at station 305 which is cfwd no answr to vmail. A call comes in and gets the main greeting. If I callfwd busy or direct I get the stations greeting which is what I want. It will not work if I do a cfwd noanswr at the station. I have changed positions on the trunk and station and get the same results. I am out of ideas.

It sounds like you have the line preset forward to VM. That way it plays the main greeting. Changing the positions doesn't do anything for you. It all depends on how you want to handle the call.

The CO preset forward timer is likely expiring before the station No Answer timer. The DHS can be fussy over things like that. Its quite simple to shorten the station no answer forward to test this. Then you can adjust both the timers to suit you.
