Hello everyone, I have a Viking Door Station Speaker Phone, model E-20B. Anyway, when you press that Call button the the door station, it rings our phone system and on our phone I see 2 flex buttons light up, one for the CO the door station is calling on, and the other flex button is the door station itself. No station is able to answer/talk to this door station, all we get is a fast busy and then we reset our system because it will ring non-stop. My question is, why is it even accessing a CO line anyway? Shouldn't this just be like a station to station call? This problem has gone on for several years and nobody has attempted to fix this so I thought I would give it a go. Thank you for your input!

Never mind, found it. It IS supposed to go to a CO line. I traced its wire down and sure enough the pair hooking up to a CO line had been disconnected.
