SWB Landmark DKS Systems.. HELP #221682 01/08/02 02:42 PM

OP Frisk151 Member Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 3 Houston, TX. USA	Do any of you have experience with the Southwestern Bell Landmark phone systems? Specifically the DKS-308 KSU Unit and the DKS-925/30 phones? I am trying to find out who the original maker is, and who is selling them now. I am having a problem with what appears to be an attempted roll-over when people dial in on one of the two CO numbers.. It happens on one most of the time but has occured on the # 2 CO also.. Phone company sais "phone system" Installation company sais "phone company" .. Please let me know if you are even familiar with these units.. We don't install them but may be attempting to fix.. Test-ok RIP Admin-Founder Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 10,631 Phoenix Arizona	If a phone call does not roll over to the next vacant line it's the phone company, The phone company may call it "roll over" or "alternate answer busy" but like openwire said what is the problem, and the maker S.W. Bell doesnt manufacturer them any longer in fact I don't think they are manufacturing anything any more. Hope this helps IT News
