We were a SWBell distributor. I had to of installed 1000 or more of the FS246 Freedom Phone Systems. The Landmark was the digital system they came out with its easy to install and program but it had to many problems. It would just loose programming the SLT ports would stop working and the voicemail would kill the KSU. We pulled almost all that we put in moved them over to Toshiba DK16's at the time. The people that kept them we trained someone to reenter the programming from the program sheets when they came in in the morning and found the system at default.
The phones are big and have a funny ring tone but they are still working for some of my customers.

I knew that the system had problems, but I did not realize that they were that bad! Now I am really suprised that we see as many as we do!
