welcome ChicagoDss. The Winn 440 CT that I take care of is a "48" but I understand they all basically program the same.

The issue with the caller ID showing up after the fact is either that phone doesn't ring OR the CID detect timer needs to be changed from a 6 to either a 7 or an 8.
