Does any one know how to switch the "main" phone to another location in our office? There is a phone hooked up there, we are re-locating a few desks. Our phone company is on strike and all the repair places are telling me a month before they can come in... So if any one can send me instructions it would be appreciated...

On the Panther 612 you will have to move the cross connect to move your stations it doesn't support set relocation.

At the system you will see blocks and wires, you will need a punchdown tool, this is where you would move them.

I have a Trillium Panther 612 phone system in my office, with 3 lines coming into the main phone. However, when we unplugged the main phone and plugged it back in again, the ringer stopped working. the calls are still coming in, and we pick them up when we see the line blinking, but no 'ring tone'. Did we press a 'turn the ringer off' button by mistake? Anyone know how to turn the ringer back on? Many thanks!
