You can use MS Access to generate queries and reports from your CDR.mdb and Shoreware.mdb databases.
Procedure
1. Copy CDR.MDB for reports or SHOREWARE.MDB for configurations to a convenient location.
2. Open copy of MDB file in ACCESS.
3. Navigate to QUERIES in Object Explorer. Object Explorer is the left side frame that lists Tables, Queries, etc.
4. Click on "Create Query in Design View" from the right side frame.
5. Create your Query
6. Close, name and save the query.
7. Double click on the new query to produce the list.
8. Export or print as required.
You can also join the two MDB database copies to create more complex reports.
