Hi,
Innfone call accounting: customer sets credit limit of say $5.00, in the past I'm told it turned off the phones to outside access, now the feature is not working.
Any help would be appreciated

you have and smdr communicatons problem between the PC's Com port and the Phone system.
possible problems are
1)loss of comunication between PC and phone system -power PC and phonesystem off for 2 min and restart.
2) PC Com port detective test com ports their are two one for data and one for checkin/checkout
3)Smdr Box Defective (you probably dont have a spare to install)
4)Main phone board (moterboard) defective. If steps above dont fix this is the problem. Send to Keysystems USA for repair.
