I have a ITT/Cortelco System 3100 that has several station diphase errors. Can anyone help me with what this means and a possible corrective action?
Thanks.

Are you experiencing any problems with the stations listed? I haven't worked with the 3100 in a long time but seem to recall diphase errors were related to a non-display phone plugged into a port programmed as a DISP16 or DISP8.
What generic do you have, 6.3?

Thanks for your response. I found some SUB8s connected to ports programmed as DISP8 as you mentioned. In addition, I found some stations programmed but no telephone connected, and I found that stations removed from service will result in diphase errors.
