All lines appear on all phones, but ring at only 3 phones. Sometimes 2 of the phones ring even if no calls are coming in. User has to pick up and hang up the receiver to stop the ringing. The 3 phones that ring have a phantom extension to make them ring.

Does the calls coming in pass through an auto attendant first? Or does the calls simply ring through? Raise your CO ring detect timer in small increments. Try having it directly ring to the phone for testing purposes. The 2 phones tat do ring, are they set as the transferred recall or attendant extensions?
