I recently bought an office full of equipemnt in the lot was a bizfon 680 with a voicevault card.
I have searched all over and can not find anyhting on how I can:
#1 Delete the voicevault card from the system and clear it to factoiry default.
#2 Clear the main system and bring it back to factory default.
I found one company in CA that would do it, but they want 400.00 to do it. Since I do not know what we will do with it I don't really want to invest a lot into it.
Does anyone knwo how i can do these 2 tasks.
Thanks Guys
Billy

Billy Billy, There is no such thing as a "reset to factory default" for the system on the bizfon. IF you want I can walk you through clearing out the system provided that there is no admin passowrd set into the system. Corwyn

Hi, I'm new in the co and need all the help I could get since the people who used to take care of the system left a mess behind. I have a similar issue. I'm trying to Reset Extensions 201,202,203 & 215 that belonged to ex-employees. When following the instructions in the Admin manual I get a message “sorry, someone is using that extension†any ideas?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
KT
