I recently bought an office full of equipemnt in the lot was a bizfon 680 with a voicevault card.

I have searched all over and can not find anyhting on how I can:

#1 Delete the voicevault card from the system and clear it to factoiry default.

#2 Clear the main system and bring it back to factory default.

I found one company in CA that would do it, but they want 400.00 to do it. Since I do not know what we will do with it I don't really want to invest a lot into it.

Does anyone knwo how i can do these 2 tasks.

Thanks Guys

Billy

Billy,

There is no such thing as a "reset to factory default" for the system on the bizfon.

IF you want I can walk you through clearing out the system provided that there is no admin passowrd set into the system.

Hi,
I'm new in the co and need all the help I could get since the people who used to take care of the system left a mess behind.
I have a similar issue. I'm trying to Reset Extensions 201,202,203 & 215 that belonged to ex-employees. When following the instructions in the Admin manual I get a message “sorry, someone is using that extension” any ideas?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

KT
