Hello All,
I'm having problems with users on a Rolm 9751 losing voice path and occasionally having stations go down. The users started reporting it as static on external calls, and are currently reporting it as dropped calls, although the couple times I was able to duplicate the trouble the call came back up after 5-10 seconds. I have had my service provider test the 5 T1 circuits as a precaution, and of course they say everything is crystal clear. My Seimens tech also found no errors reported by the system. Any ideas?
Respectfully, Mike Evans CHS Telecom

Are the users complaining about drop calls or static on the same card or cards? Can you narrow it down to what T1 the problem is happening on, I know there is a button(bad line)you can add to phones that will log a bad trunk call, just make sure they are in the correct COS. If you narrow it down to a T1 and a trunk card then I would swap a good T1 with the suspected bad and see if the problem moves.
