Just wondering if anyone might have some experience w/ these phones. We have a site that has a Cisco 2811 w/ 30+ 7941's.
Everything was working fine until Thursday when a computer attached to a phone stopped working properly. The user unplugged her phone and plugged it back in, but ever since te phone won't come back up. Nothing on the display at all. I tried having the user do a factory reset after confirming the loads file was on the router, but the lights just cycle in amber as though it's waiting for a command. I plan to take the phone to another site that I know for a fact has the information I need.

The phone is looking for a TFTP server with the loads. Try using tftpd32 with the proper files for its firmware, a crossover cable and a local power supply. Boot phone holding pound, when amber lights flash dial 123456789*0# and screen should show update... hope all goes well. Idacomusa is a good place if your having troubles flashing.
