I need to change the "Music On Hold" from music to marketing message, does any one know how to do that, and what is the file format for the "Music On Hold"?

You need a external music source i.e a mp3 player
You can get a dongle with external music port or you can transform a analouge port(ab)to moh port and use a audio transfomer or cap to remove dc from music source

the audio transformer is to stop the dc from the extension port from the out put of mp3 player, can cause distortion on audio, a audio transformer is a small coil with a primary and secondary loop. the system has to be programmed with the maintenance tool to change from slt extension to moh path
