Good afternoon.
We are currently attempting to setup and configure an LG GDK 16 for a client, but we are having a problem whereby when attempting to dial an outside line (by pressing '9' on the handset) no dial-tone is heard and after about 9-10 seconds a message on the display of the phone reads "ISDN LINE RELEASED".
BT have been in and confirmed that the ISDN Line is working ok, so we're at a bit of a loss here...
if anyone could give some suggestions as to what to do next, i'd be very grateful.

Hi Simon, how many ISDN ports do you have on the system, if you have 2 and only 1 ISDN then you will have to take the other port out of service.
what cable do you have between the ISDN box and the system? What settings do you have set up for lines and is it point to point or point to multi-point
