I have a customer that needs a 4 phone system, he is not interested in voicemail, all he wants intercomm between the phones, and be able to page out to a paging speaker, I could sell him a small vodavi system, but he does not want to spend much money, does anyone know of a system that I can use for that, I know I sold one years ago with wireless intercomm, but I do not remember if I had a paging option to an outside source.
Any recomendations
Thanks

NoKSU systems do exist, but I can't think of one that will allow you to directly connect to a paging system.
Panasonic and at&t are the first 2 NoKSU brands that come to mind.
Would the customer be willing to spring for a telephone system that consists of refurbished hardware?

Well, there are plenty of 4-line phone "systems" out there, even the ones sold at office products stores. You could always interface one of the CO line ports with a paging adapter (or even just an amplified speaker) if they are able to sacrifice one of the line ports for this purpose.

If you can get by with 3 co lines you could use the 4th line for paging access you might also take a look at Viking I think they make a paging interface available with a hook flash by the time you finish cobbling something together your going to be close to the price of a system I would take Paul's suggestion and sell them some refurbed equipment BTW

RCA works for a friend of mine. Just get a basic phone and wall mount at demarc by amp, use the speaker leads. you will have all page and direct page.

How many lines? If all he needs is one or two lines then a KCE FX-207 may be a good option. If they need more then 2 lines i think a small system will give them more for the buck then KSU less phones. XBlue X-16 would also be something to look at.

Sorry Ed, I avoid office supply non-ksu systems like the plague. Two reasons: Xtalk and no $ in them. If this is a one-shot deal, offer a business solution. Otherwise, this is only a make-work scenario.
