Hello,
We have a customer that wants to record every phone call, and play a message when someone calls in saying that it is being recorded. This is a very small system, 4 CO's in like 10 extensions. We have sold solutions in the past to do this, but it was like 20K for that and I know this company will not want that. Does anyone know of a small device that we can put in front of the system to do this?

These work well but you would still need an auto attendant to say the call is being recorded. https://www.usbcallrecord.com

Last Spring one of my customers got a Vidicode (q.v.) recorder for us to install for them on a Toshiba key system. It went in easily, it records both incoming and outgoing calls, and it has an option to play your recorded message at the start of each call.
