Raj,
This alarm and message will sound whenever the InnForm tries to send data but the printer doesn't respond. Be patient and check the basics first. - Verify that the printer is powered on. - Make sure the printer is loaded with paper, that the paper is advanced past the paper sensor and, if it's an Okidata (probably is), that the feed lever is set to "tractor feed" not single sheet feed. - Check that the printer ribbon is properly installed and that the printer head cycles back and forth when the printer is switched on/off. - Check that the printer's "Ready" or "On-Line" light is lit. - Double check the cabling once again.
Beyond these things, you'll need to get a qualified tech on-site (preferably someone familiar with hotel systems) to check for a mismatch in the serial port settings or a damaged serial port on the InnForm.
Good luck,
