Hey Gang--- My company recently bought a competitor that sold Toshiba, Iwatsu and SRX Teltronics. Their one and only tech quit/got fired and won't return calls from me. We offered him an opportunity to work for us but he politely declined. I have programmed them all (previously mentioned systems) in the past but now are presented with a quicker learning curve. We got the list of user names and passwords but it appears that some of the passwords are incorrect. Does anyone know how to reset the password on a SRX Teltronics Vision LS system. I realize the answer would be a PM, but any help or direction would be appreciated.

We were an SRX dealer in the 90s. However, we installed Vodavi voice mail systems on all our SRXs so our assistance would be limited to just the SRX cabinet programming. Should some of that develop, perhaps we could help you then.
