1-On the netvanta 7060 IP-PBX solution, each time i get an external call, "unknown number" is shown on adtran IP phones. can you please tell me how to get numbers of callers on the IP phones.
2-i'm unable to do international call. can you please tell me hoe to set the dial plan.
can someone please help me?

Normally when making an international call, we need to put 9 as it is an outgoing cal then 011 for the IP-PBX to know it's an international call followed by the operator number then phone number of the receiving party
