No, I haven't had any that have had to be repaired, I did a search and they came up as #1. I see they have an 800 number, it wouldn't hurt to call and drill them a little.

gkar,
change the rj12/ rj45 plugs I've had a few go bad, changed the heads and all was good.
also check the power supply. those tend to go bad as well. you could get a replacement power supply on ebay for about $20 - $30 bucks
