One of our clients has this system that keeps rebooting after an extension is disconnected. After talking to a Siemens person, he said that defaulting the system would bring it back to normal. We proceeded to backing up the database for our phone system and default it. To load the database back into the system, we have to set the country and language to english but could not find where we would do that. Once defaulted, the default language is German. Does anyone know where to make these changes? Thanks in advance.
