Has anyone had the trouble with Norstar stations not being able to transfer calls with a Feature 71? The stations on the Norstar are set up as 'trunks' - the stations are programmed on an NEC2400 as analog stations (wanted to keep using Norstar "digital" sets)???

Can you transfer the call using your butt-set prior to the Norstar?

Feature 70 is the internal transfer for the Norstar system to transfer calls within the norstar system (transfer call from line 1 to station 22)
The Norstar has its own transfer recall timer and other parameters.

If you are trying to send the call back to the Neax system you will need to use Feature 71
This is basicaly a hook flash as the Norstar system is answering the call as a single line analog port on the Neax.

Any recall timing and COS restrictions that are applied to the line coming from the Neax will be applied when the transfer takes place.

Also, the Neax system generaly will not allow you to transfer a call to an extension and turn around transfer another call to that same extension. (Camp On)
