Yes and yes. I have been using it since it was GrandCentral.com
Great features and great quality. My friend uses it for all his long distance and is saving about $10-$15 monthly. It integrates well into an existing single line set-up. I use it for all my SMS and have cut my Verizon TXT bill to "pay-per-TXT", instead of a monthly plan.
Oh yeah and the call screening as well as the transcribed voice-mails are great!

Late to chime in but I'm with MacOSX -- been using it since it was GC and I love it. I use that number everytime I have to give my number out, and configure the acct to only let thru the calls I want.
Its about time they got moving on the development again. Its been in limbo for a year and invitations have been non-existent.

I got 3 invitations in the last 2 weeks. I'm using it on my Blackberry with GVDIALER for outgoing. It works great. I love the call blocking feature.

I have used for our Branch Office number. Rings my cell and the office.
Best part is we use Verizon Wireless w/ Family and Friends. I have assigned my Google Voice line as one of the lines, and make FREE phone call anywhere from my cell phone. Free cell. free land line
