I ADDED A NEW STATION,ALL LITES AND INTERCOM WORK,HOWEVER I CAN'T GET DIAL TONE ON LINES 1&2 WHAT PROGRAMMING DID I MISS?

If you have not already try replacing the phone or move it to another port.
If line 1&2 give you a busy signal when you press it , you may have them outgoing restricted check MEM block 1 indexes 49-76 to see for the new extension if the lines are outgoing restricted.
The co groups are setup in MEM block 1 indexes 73-76
