I have a customer who would like to forward calls from an internal extension to an outside number off and on throughout the day.
Is there a simple command to accomplish this?

Maybe you have already found the answer but here it is anyways.
Press FEATURE Dial Call Forward All / DND code 60 You can the dial 9(or whatever trunk access code the system uses) plus your telephone number
Then press FEATURE
To cancel press FEATURE 69 FEATURE
Also this code sets DND to do so is FEATURE 60 FEATURE To cancel is FEATURE 69 FEATURE.

you have to have it enabled in class of service and that class of service applied to that phone as well...........
1-8-08 is class of service
4-07 assign day class of service to phones 4-08 assign night class of service to phones

in 1-8-08
page 1 you'll need line key 1 set for call forward (going to need to be able to forward somehow)
page 2 you'll need line key 5 for b-n/a forwarding (again....going to need to be able to forward somehow)
page 3 line key 5 for trunk to trunk transfer (might not need this)
page 5 line key 4 for call forward off premise (the biggie)
all of this needs to be in some class of service (be it the default which everybody might be in) or some other class of service built for some specific phones that might need this service.
again to add class of service to phones is in 4-07, 4-08

Hey Chris,
I'm sorry if this is going to sound redundant, but I'm still lost. You refer to 1-8-08, and then subsequently to 4-07 for day class, and 4-08 for night class. I don't know what these mean or how to get there. Can you help?
