How can I get all the ports to ring? I can't advance to next port # only next co #.... "conf" goes to next co.... ## won't move the cursor to the right past the block number. Need to go right to the port #? Can anyone shed some light. Sys is 48/coid 4, 24 port/vms 4 Thanks Lane

ok where it says 01/01 day ring
the number on the very left is the port number. light the co's you want to ring then hit transfer to write. display should say 01/02 night ring. type 01 on the keypad to get you back to 01/01 then hit conference to advance the port so that it shows 02/01 day ring and keep on going.
when you get to your vm ports (i'm guessing ports 25-28) are they going to be delay ring (red)? if you set them for immediate (green) your phones will ring but so will the vm and it will answer the calls b4 you can get to it.
or do you want the vm to answer only at night? 4-02 would be the program for that.
============================================
in programming the * moves the cursor to the left, # to the right. conference advances the port or co. hold will erase the names where the cursor is at. transfer writes. answer backs you out.

you have a slt and a phone connected to the same port? that shouldn't work at all unless you have a apr (analog adapter)in the bottom of the phone.

Chris..... I have the power supply. The slt rings on intercom? Not incoming CO...... dtu 16-d rings but not adapter. Promming is set up for both to ring. Switches on apr are set up correctly......... Lane

ok.let me get this straight..........
the apr doesn't ring at all.
the phone rings ok (does it ring on intercom calls? or just outside calls? or both?).
system is set to ring all in 4-39.
