I have a customer who called in and said she can't directly pick up the call when it rings; she has to push the line ringing to answer. She said she's looked in the manual and can't find anything that tells her how to change it. She said she found something that may be it by pressing Feature 6#, but when she did that she received an error message. Any suggestions anyone?

Tell her to look for Ringing Line Preference, that is what she is looking for.
