One of our 2000IVS reports SMDR info to AIMWorX different than the rest. All others display the correct "Extension" and "Dialed" info on one line per call. This one however, displays two lines for each call, "Dialed" info is correct, "Extension" though has 6 digits on both lines.

Example:

Extension Dialed
2047 2321 (Good Info)
2022 2201 (Good Info)
012034 (1st line of bad Info)
016128 2047 (2nd line of bad Info)

This 2000IVS was added a couple years ago and could be a 2000IVS2... if that makes a difference.

PS. It appears as if the fist line is showing it as an incoming (From phone to PBX), and second line is the outgoing (Actual Ext or number dialed). Hope this helps. Thanks again.

The 2000 outputs in either 1400 format or 2400 format, sounds like this needs to be changed to 2400 format. Command D001 is where this is located. The data number to change is based on what port the SMDR is connected to. Port 0 of an AP00 is D001>82>3
for 2400 format, port 1 is D001>102>3.An AP00 reset is required after any changes. Hope this helps.

Thanks So Cal,

Two of our PBX's did have these commands defaulted wrong however, I'm still getting two lines of data for every call and the extension is still not showing up correctly. I do get the number dialed, date, time, duration etc.. correctly from these calls however. Thanks again for pointing this out to me though.

Did you reset the AP00 on each PBX?

I checked CMD001>82>,102,122,142 to make sure the format was set to 2400 (i.e. #3) in all relevant channels, which they were already correctly set. I really think the key is that instead of one line of data (i.e. from Ext. to Ext./Phone #) I'm getting two lines which look like the first line is (From Ext. to it's PBX) and second line of data is probably (PBX to dialed Ext./Phone #). And on both lines the "From" column has six random digits beginning with either a "1" or a "2" instead of where there normally is one of our four digit Extensions. I hope this might provide more clues, thanks for all your help so far it's greatly appreciated!

The second set of numbers looks like they might be route and trunk numbers. Are your routes 12 and 16?

I got one of the two PBX's that were not sending SMDR correctly to work finally. I found that CMD016>0016, 0030, 0031, 0032, and 0058 needed to be set to "1" instead of "0".

I also traveled to the other site and found out that it is a 1000IVS and not a 2000IVS like I thought. All settings appear to match the other 2000IVS, is there something I need to do differently because it's a 1000IVS?

Thanks Guys for all your great advice!
