I had an AP00-A card inside one of our 2000IVS PBX’s go bad. I took an identical card from one of our other buildings 2000IVS. That building is T1’d straight to our main (ADMIN) 2000IVS PBX through CCIS. The PBX that I placed the good card in has two other 2000IVS’s, each T1'd to it first and then sent through T1 to our main (ADMIN) 2000IVS.
Question:
Is there any reprogramming that I have to change since the PBX that I switched cards from had a different setup? I see the other two channels still are programmed in the switch correctly however, I'm only getting SMDR from this one now and not the two that are T1'd to it on channels 1 and 2.
Thank You

These cards can be difficult to move around. I would inialize the AP00 to default & set it all back up. Make sure to document all the D001 data. Hope this helps. Is the APOO in PIM 0? NTAC will tell you they work best there.
