I've just moved a 2000 ips to a new location because of hurricane charlie. The copper trunks were relocated as well. The auto attendant is not picking up the main number.
I tested the this line and it does ring on a analog phone. I checked the programming.

I dialed 6767 from another phone and the vm ad8 system ask for a security code.

I have the main number dit to 6767 which is the pilot number. The 4 ext in the voice main system are 6768,6769,6770, and 6771.

What programming do I need to check.
Need information asap.
I am going to the site today.

Thank You.....Ed
